Switch StringArrayVar flags to use StringSliceVar
StringSliceVar allows for more flexibility when passing vars to list flags. Both formats will be supported: - '--foo=one --foo=two' - '--foo=one,two' Signed-off-by: Claudia Beresford <claudiaberesford@gmail.com>
